The Research of the Middle-temperature Fixed-point Blackbody

As a kind of temperature’s measurement science, radiation thermometry is widely used in many fields like aerospace, metallurgy and chemical industry and so on. And due to the rapid development of the detector, the range of the radiation pyrometry has declined. So, as the important instrument of the radiation thermometry, the demand of the calibration and traceability to the infrared radiation thermometer is increasingly urgent. Because of the measuring range of the most industrial infrared radiation thermometers is below than1000℃, it’s important to establishing the standard device which cover this temperature’s range Based on the measurement principles, the tin, zinc and aluminum fixed-point blackbody resources were established.And the main research contents are as follows:1. Developed a kind of fixed-point graphite crucible which have a large-diameter (10mm) and high emissivity (0.9999).2. By the priming system, high purity metals (tin, zinc and aluminum) were primed in the graphite crucibles.3. Developed the standard device of the middle-temperature fixed-point resource. This system contains some subsystems like fixed-point blackbody resources, argon protection system, mobile platform, cooling system, radiation thermometer and the measuring instruments.4. The temperature’s field of the blackbody furnace was tested, and make sure the uniformity of the central filed between140mm is better than1℃.5. By adopting some measures to keep the radiation thermometer’s temperature as a constant value, and the stability of the thermometer is improved6. By the experiments, the repeatability of the middle-temperature fixed point blackbodies and the uncertainties were analyzed. The expand uncertainties are as fllows:0.03℃(Sn)、0.036℃(Zn)、0.046℃(Al).
