Every time nuclear pressure reactor replaces nuclear fuel,in order to prevent the danger of radioactive leaks,quick disassembly and preload blot is the key to solve problem.Reactor vessel contains58studs,with large diameter,when tensioning stud requires consistent and synchronized load.The working condition is poor and the working space is narrow.In order to replace the fuel quickly and safely,we also ensure good sealing problems. Study on the problems about previous tension machine,it proposed an idea of designing a new type tension machine.Because the sealing of reactor vessel mainly use reactor vessel stud with large diameter and irregular shape,firstly it puts forward the method of tensioning large diameter stud.Tensile cylinder output pressure is obtained by tightening force,it can provide a theoretical basis for the structural design. According to the characteristics of reactor vessel,the design requirements of Multi-stud tension machine are put forward. Study on the advantages and disadvantages of single cylinder tension machine,According to the overall design thoughts,calculate the force and deformation of the blot. After referring to relevant data and calculating main parameter, we design an parallel drive tension machine,finally formed an integrated Multi-stud tension machine.The fully automated Multi-stud tension machine contains58independ stretcher with an automatic tightening and loosening nut device. It has two same cylinders with relatively small size,suitable for small work space environment. Then do ANSYS static analysis and dynamic analysis of the key parts, it verifies the correctness of the material and therationality of the structure design.Based on calculating,Further showing that the parallel structure can meet the needs of the work.Finally, virtual prototyping is designed by Pro/e and also do movement simulation about piston.
