Unmanned aircraft more and more widely used in various fields.because ofunique advantages.Also,the design of unmanned control system has become the focusof research.In this paper,consider a type of fixed wing UAV as the research object, mainlybased on the study of optimal PID,which is based on of integrated time and absoluteerror criterion. controller design.Firstly, set up the UAV’s mathematical model withsix degrees of freedom, and the use of small disturbance linearization method wasused to build a UAV longitudinal and lateral system of linear equations; secondly, ananalysis of the basic thought of several commonly used PID controller method andoptimal PID control,as the theory base of flight control law; then, respectively on theUAV longitudinal and lateral system design controller, undertook a large number ofsimulation research in different space of some typical state, and compared withintelligent PID.The results show that,in a time range of longitudinal model can reach B flightphase of the1level quality.In a time and frequency range of lateral model can reach Bflight phase1aircraft quality. It not only has a better control effect,the controllerdesign achieve easily as well. At the same time,a large amount of simulation data areopened, to save valuable time for exploring such issues people.This design has acertain practical value.
