Design and Implementation of Management System for Military Officer’s Learing and Training Based on J2EE

Electronic business (EB) and Electronic government affairs (EGA) have already become the main social tide and the inevitable trend of society information. In military domain, the electronic military(EM) affairs will also become the Premise and foundation of the army information construction. It is very important to force the change of our country military building from the submachanized troops, machanized troops to information troops.The military affairs are gradually realizing electronic and no paper business, and all kinds of application systems based on the network appear more and more. The J2EE technical standard has already obtained the widespread application on the development of EB and EGA in the network. It defines an open multilayered system structure, which has very good application prospect for developing application system in the electronic military affairs.The main work of this thesis contains three parts. First, educing the over all technical framework and operational framework for electronic military affairs based on J2EE after analyzing the demand, the characteristic and the status of the electronic military affairs, and discussing the platform performance characteristic on the J2EE construction, and some essential technologies. Second, the design and development for practice electronic application system, called learning and training managing system for military officer, are completed in deal. The system is mainly aiming at the military officer’s learing and training base on the network technology, which can realize the module control, network studies, the simulation training, network test, and network query. In this thesis, the project analysis, design and the main functions realization process of the system are induced. The system development is based on the Java language and the B/S structure, and it makes the system have very stronger liability, usability, extension, and maintainability. Final, based on the special characteristics of the military affairs, the design and realization method of the system security for logining, transmission, role security are described in detail.The practice application results have shown that the E-military application system is suffice and steady by the application of J2EE technology. It is important to force the progress of information building for our country military.
