Study of Bridge Coupling Vibration and Impact Factor Based on Image Detection

The dynamic response of the bridge structure under the vehicle is an important elementof the bridge dynamics. Deformation and stress of the bridge under the moving vehicles islarger than the static load. With the rapid development of China’s economy andtransportation, the number of vehicles and the carrying capacity has been greatly improved.Bridge researchers pay more attention to impact factor of the bridge under the overloadedand high speed of the car.Based on the the results of previous studies, work were done as followings:（1）Bridge and vehicle were combined to a system, take the twenty carload of the89specification for example,55t5-axle and20t2-axle vehicle vibration equation were deduced.With the link of the contact force of the vehicle and bridges, bridge coupling vibrationdifferential equation was abtained. Coupled Vibration of Vehicle program was made withMATLAB.（2）Bridge Coupling Vibration test of the simply supported beam and the model car hasbeen done in the laboratory. The vibration response of simply supported beam was abtainedby the image edge detection technology. The results were compared with the Matlabprogram, it shows that digital image vibration detection technology used in the bridgecoupling vibration is feasible.（3）In this paper, the impact factor of bridge under89specification car loads at alllevels,and compared with the normative values. It was founded that the moment impactfactor is smaller than the displacement impact factor, and the impact factor is graduallyreduced with increasing vehicle load rating. Still I find it is close to the04specification. So04specification is reasonable.
