Forms the basis of bored pile foundation for modern housing, the bridge has been widely applied. In recent years, especially in some large diameter super-long pile foundation is more play a decisive role in the construction of large bridge. Pile foundation cost is very high in the bridge construction, the bridge cost usually accounts for about1/3. So the pile foundation should be stable, ensure the safety of bridge pile foundation, but also give full play to the technical and economic benefits. So in the precondition of ensuring the normal work of pile testing is essential. Self-balanced Testing method is a method of pile foundation detection are emerging in recent years. In this paper, through the description of the engineering application of self-balanced method of an engineering example, made a detailed description of the key indicators of pile test, the results of the study are as follows:Firstly, in this paper, several methods of pile foundation detection technology are described, and an overview of the applicable scope of each method. The self-balanced method of related theories and the key problems to make a detailed exposition of. Mainly discusses the equilibrium point setting and determining the bearing capacity.Secondly, the Gu Xiang Di bridge pile foundation of actual test, there is a qualitative understanding of the axial force, skin friction, pile end resistance and ultimate bearing capacity, and verify the feasibility of the self-balanced method, the pile foundation for the later Self-balanced Testing method provides reliable basis.Finally, analysis of the pile-soil contact, using ANSYS finite element to establish the finite element model simulations in different scenarios for the factors affecting the bearing capacity of the pile, in view of the different finite element elastic size, different pile length, since the equilibrium point is different and the pile modulus model, extraction of load box downward displacement, and the ultimate bearing force is obtained by conversion formula.
