Rubber bearing has good flexibility, it can show high deformation ability in small external force. And it can recover the original shape without the external force. Almost not produce permanent deformation. Rubber bearing is superposed in multi-layer rubber which uniform distribution and steel plate. Not only does it have enough vertical stillness, withstand the vertical direction of the vertical load, but also does it have large horizontal shearing deformation ability, can satisfy the horizontal displacement. The plain chloroprene rubber bearings are belonging to the normal temperature rubber bearing, the aging resistance of plain chloroprene rubber bearings is better. Because of the role of the heat, light, and oxygen, the oxidation and decomposition will gradually appear, and the physical and mechanical properties will deline after the long using. Because of the advantages of plain chloroprene rubber bearings, many scholars begin to pay attention to it and research.Due to exhaust of industrial waste gas, it has led to acid rain harm to deepen in the global world. Continuous multiple national census shows that acid rain pollution has become a universal serious environmental problem in our country, and the energy consumption is increasingly serious with constant growth spurt in China. At the same time because the human society advances and the rising number of vehicles, roads become more crowded, more and more bridge engineering construction unceasingly, all sorts of bridges across the sea are also growing, so a’lot of plate chloroprene rubber bearing are often erosed in salt solution. Acid rain erosion and salt frozen not only influence civil building materials surface condition, but also do the structure of the mechanical happen degradation and destruction.The impact of climate is more serious to highway bridge rubber bearings than building rubber bearings, so the mechanical properties of rubber bearings are worthy to research under acid corrosion condition and salt frozen condition. There are a lot of studies on the durability of rubber bearings at domestic and international, the studies of durability of plain chloroprene rubber bearings in the acid corrosion and salt frozen conditions have to be perfected from domestic and foreign research status. Therefore, the studies of the mechanical properties of plain chloroprene rubber bearings are conducted, and the studies provide a basis for the construction of the highway bridge. The main contents of the study are as follows:In order to research on the various mechanics performance of plain chloroprene rubber bearings of highway bridge under different acid corrosion condition after compression. The chloroprene rubber bearings were dealt with3.0%sulfuric acid for20d.40d.60d and80d. then the axial compression tests were carried. The apparent, dimension, ultimate compressive strength, vertical stiffness and elastic modulus of compression were analyzed comparatively. The results show that brittle failures of plain chloroprene rubber bearings of highway bridge can happen more easily with acid corrosion. Moreover, the ultimate compressive strength, vertical stiffness and elastic modulus of compression are more significantly decreased. The attenuation law of the ultimate compressive strength and elastic modulus of compression of plain chloroprene rubber bearings of highway bridge under acid corrosion condition are analyzed, and the parameters of the degradation model are estimated by the least square method. Moreover, the ultimate compressive strength, vertical stiffness and elastic modulus of compression are more significantly decreased.In order to research on the various mechanics performance of plain chloroprene rubber bearings of highway bridge under different acid corrosion condition after shearing. The chloroprene rubber bearings were dealt with sulfuric acid for20d,40d,60d and80d, then the shear tests were carried. The chloroprene rubber bearings were analyzed comparatively. The results show that brittle failures of plain chloroprene rubber bearings of highway bridge can happen more easily with acid corrosion. Moreover, the ultimate shearing strength, horizontal equivalent stiffness and elastic modulus of shear are more significantly decreased. The attenuation law of the ultimate shearing strength and elastic modulus of shear of plain chloroprene rubber bearings of highway bridge under acid corrosion condition are analyzed, and the parameters of the degradation model are estimated by the least square method.
