Housing Construction Supervision Unit Project Quality Management Practice

Construction engineering quality is not only related to the applicability and theeffect of investment projects, but also related to the safety of people’s life and property.With the infrastructure investment projects in China is constantly increasing, theconstruction unit unit of production of building materials and engineering also followedthe development, speed up the fundamental construction of decision and is the key of thesuccess has been determined in a construction project risks and problems of quality,more and more people’s attention. While the supervision enterprise as the third partyquality supervisory organizations of social justice, is playing a more and more importantrole in engineering construction. Supervision units of project quality management is thecore content of the work of supervision, which runs through the whole process ofEngineering project. Although the supervision units of project quality controlmanagement for many years, has taken many measures, but the situation is still quiteserious quality problems. Therefore, how to better play the positive role of supervisionunits, ensure the project better quality, is particularly important.This paper consists of three parts. In the first part, this paper has carried on thesummary to the domestic, foreign project supervision units for quality control of researchand development, and briefly discusses the related contents of supervision of qualitycontrol in engineering project.Then, put forward the related quality management theory. The PDCA cycle wasintroduced in engineering construction supervision in the total quality management; theproposed "three stage" theory and the principle of relevance and quality control.In the last part, by making a case study on the Jinshi hotel project of Shanghai，thepaper introduces the basic information of this project，analysis of actual projectproblem,by encountering in the process of project construction quality problems, theintegrated use of total quality management、PDCA、the relevance about “three phasecontrol” and quality control of the principle, put forwards the targeted quality managementand control measures and methods which have good constructing effectiveness. Thismethod provides methods for reference for the engineering supervision.
