Construction elevator running state remote monitoring terminal design and research

As a kind of common load lifting equipment in the field of construction industry, the construction elevator can transport people or material within a certain height. But since the limited by the structure and increasing construction difficult, more and more problem have been exposed. So the study on increasing the levels of supervision and administration of construction elevator has become an important research topic.Combine the structural features and common failures of construction elevator, this article firstly analysis the functional requirement about the remote monitoring terminal of construction elevator, and make the overall development plan. We detail the monitoring principles and hardware solutions about various kinds of construction information, including the circuit of temperature acquisition, the angle acquisition, the braking length acquisition, the electric chain state and power circuit. Through the use of RF processing and communicating unit and GPRS unit, the terminal achieve the following functions:floor call and remote data transmission. The STM32is selected as core processor. The article also introduce the protocol format of floor call message and remote data transmission. Through the method of modular design, the terminal achieves the following software function: analog-digital conversion, pulse capture, orthogonal signal reading and serial port communication.Through the test of complete machine, the terminal has achieved all intended functions. The result of joint venture between the terminal and construction elevator shows that the remote monitoring terminal can work effectively and show the monitoring results in time. The remote monitoring terminal of construction elevator already has the monitoring capability, and reach the desired targets.
