Research on State of Double-row Anti-slide Micropiles Based on the Displacement of Top Pile

Abstract:The double row and micro anti-slide pile to reinforce the slope were increasing gradually. But the research and application of double row micro anti-slide pile is less. It limits the promotion and application of this kind of anti-slide pile. The failure mode of double row of micro anti-slide pile, pile top displacement-sliding force line and pile top destruction displacement were researched in-depth. The main work and conclusions were as follows.(1) The stress of double-row anti-slide micropiles was simulationed by Interior damage simulation. The stress-pile top displacement changing curve was obtained by stress and displacement monitoring system, its destruction form was observed and confirmed.(2)The soil pressure of double-row anti-slide micropiles, pile top displacement and slope position shift were monitored. The allocation proportion of pre and post pile body resistance glide force was obtained. The double row micro anti-slide pile failure stress was analyzed by structure calculation software, the failure stress was obtained.(3) The finite element numerical simulation for the factors-pile diameter, pile length of free period, pile length of build-in section, stirrup spacing, longitudinal reinforcement quantity, pre and post pile spacing, rock modulus of elasticity that influence pile top displacement were conducted, and the influence factor was obtained that single factor destroy the pile top displacement;(4) Remove the factors that influence degree were very small, and range analysis was conducted for the influencing factors. Orthogonal test method was used for residual factors analysis, single influence factor as the independent variable for the multivariate linear fitting, the pile top displacement visual expression of double row micro anti-slide pile failure was obtained.(5) Ten group test were taken to inspect and analyse the results of above expression, the calculation software was made for reasonable results of double row micro anti-slide pile top displacement failure. (6) Advice to the further study on the deep excavation.
