Among the relay electromagnetic relay its control is simple and flexible, high depth conversion,lower prices, and strong contact load capacity and small volume is widely used in national defense,aerospace, and industrial control and other fields.Visible, reliability electromagnetic relays directlydetermines the aerospace and defense electronic equipment can work properly, is an importantguarantee to ensure reliable operation of the national economy.As the impact of the assemblyprocess and materials, mechanical and electrical parameters of the electromagnetic relays have agreater dispersion.And its main application is in industrial control and other important occasions, ifyou can not work properly, it will have serious consequences,so for the strict management ofproduct quality, it must be objective, efficient, comprehensive testing before leaving the factory.This paper introduces a design principle of electromagnetic relays integrated parameter detectorbased STM32control and implementation.The tester is a new architecture based on integrated relayparameter tester.Moving together can complete the DC electromagnetic relay pull-in voltage,release voltage, coil resistance, contact resistance, pull time, release the test of time and otherparameters.The system uses a PC work the way under the control of the crew,PC to send test controlcommands,the next crew received the test command,test data obtained after the correspondingparameters sent to the host computer via the serial port.First, the host computer are displayed in theedit box after receiving the parameter data,then put the next crew measured and theoretical valuesof the parameter data in the database, and determines whether the parameters are qualified.Finally, the program is designed in accordance with the electromagnetic relay detectorperformance testing and functional testing.Test results show that,in this paper, according to the hostcomputer plus lower machine design parameters of the electromagnetic relay integrated detectortests required to achieve the six parameters of the electromagnetic relay.Finally, the error rate of thetest results of the analysis of the parameters are within5%,reach the targets set by the systemdesign.So the system has high reliability, stable operation, simple design, ease of use, has a marketvalue.
