Energy is important material base to human survival and developments. As industry rapid development, increasing global energy consumption, energy shortage and the greenhouse effect, the development of low environmental protection, environmental friendly economy become the inevitable. The waste heat power generation technology is emerging at home and abroad in recent years, with its high environmental protection, consistent with national industrial policies for energy conservation and emissions reduction features, the technology have broad application fields and great market demands. Waste heat power generation is an effective measure of high, medium temperature waste heat.Based on the background of cement waste heat power generation system, this paper builds a mathematic model of the much pressure of waste heat power generation system, selects the right solution for thermal system design, and studies the effect of main parameters on the thermal efficiency by comparing the thermal economies and technical economies of single pressure, flash, double pressure systems. And this paper also carries on technical economy analysis of the final selection of single pressure waste heat power generation system.Through calculation and analysis, this paper designs a single pressure system, its installation scheme is4.5MW+7.5MW. Its annual energy output is8337.6×104W·h, and its annual energy supply is7687.3×104kW·h. The total investment of the plan is79.0115million Yuan, and the average return on investment is42.65%. The project loan totaled55.31million Yuan. Through calculation, the loan can be paid off in only2.26years. Risk is low, has a high return on investment.The system has good effect to reduce emissions. The set of waste heat boiler can reduce the dust content effectively in the process of production. The total dust heavy about16.4t/h. It improves the working conditions of dust collector, and reduces dust emissions. Waste heat power generation in coal-fired power plants save about25000tons of standard coal, reduce81764.It CO2emissions, and can reduce the emissions of SO2and NOx.
