The concentration for the pulverized coal in the coal conveying pipelines is an important parameter for Heat-Engine Plant production. An accurate quantitative value measurement exhibition for pulverized coal boiler is not only beneficial for the staff who can know the running state for the boiler at any time and can make adjustment for the showing data and cut down the coal consumption.This paper mainly made design and implement project on the basis of measurement for the concentration of the pulverized coal for the primary air for the first unit in Pingwei power plant. Upon the existing project prototype and the requirement for site, reasonable hardware system had been arranged and a satisfied software control system had been designed. It had optimized for the former calculation and guarantee for data stabilization. The following work embracing have been made in this system.(1) Made an analysis and design upon the function index got from the boiler measurement system and combined the hardware system target for the industrial environment. It has designed a protector for the transmitting terminal and receiving probe and made model selection for the signal transmission and collection device according to the signal amplification equipment.(2) Compiled the corresponding software control program in accordance with the desired set hardware system. On the basis of the function demand for every section for hardware system, Signal Transmission Procedure had been written, Channel Switch Procedure, Collecting Date for Probe Procedure, Data Calculation and Dealt Conducting Procedure and Communication Procedure for DCS System.(3) Improvement for relevant calculation, it has transferred the primary homogeneous controlling method for the distributed deal. The data from the systematic transferring, in comparison with the statistics in boiler, it was stable and reliable. Now the system procedure has operated stable for a month and successfully turned over the Pingwei Boiler.
