The generate electricity dominated by coal-fired power plant in China.The proportion ofcoal in primary energy structure is more than70%. Energy conservation and the developing ofthe circular economy are necessary according to the "Twelfth Five-Years Plan". Test onOptimizing combustion has important significance of improving bolier efficiency and theeconomy and security.Guangzhou Zhongdianlixin Power Plant has the capacity of2×330MW which supplys steamto the Environmentally-friendly industrial Park and the Nanfang Soda Ash Industrial Co., Ltd.nearby as cogeneration units.FGD and SCR was set up in the same period. The boiler did notget a ideal result at various economic indicators in last four months(from Dec.2012). Averageefficiency of#1bolier was93.35%and93.38%for the#2bolier on the rated conditions.Bothof them were lower than the design efficiency of93.48%. The temperature of exhaust fumehad also been higher than the design value. Average temperatue of eshaust fume of#1bolieris128.3℃, which is higher than the design value of122℃.Operation mode of auxiliaryequipment is irrational, resulting in higher power consumption.In order to improve theefficiency of the boiler and to find the best operating point,test on#1Boiler CombustionOptimization had been started with Guangzhou Zhongdianlixin Power Plant and GuangzhouYueNeng Power Technology Development Co., Ltd.This paper mainly introducing the test on powder manufacturing system performanceoptimization and combustion adjustment of#1boiler of Guangzhou Zhongdianlixin PowerPlant,analysising the test data to find the best operating point and economic ways for boileroperationand from coal fineness, air fuel ratio, secondary air with ratio,collocation of powdermanufacturing etc.Providing effective reference on combustion adjustment. To reducingequipment accidents,operating costs, improving boiler efficiency, ensuring safety and keepingenvironmental protection and economic operation of the boiler.
