In order to adapt to the market demand of domestic electric power industry, to satisfy power users and performance requirements of the electric power design institute of the boiler feed pump group, to form a complete set of the original4DG type of intermediate pressure boiler feed water pump impeller, the middle key parts such as technological improvement, not only widen the application range of feed water pump products, also for the domestic electric power market to provide the excellent products, improved the competitiveness of enterprises.Supercritical power generation units according to a power plant electric start the pump design parameters, feed water pump selection met when there is no matching type pump can be a matter of choice, technical parameters of the closest model for4DG pump, after research decided to4DG type boiler feed water pump to improve the key hydraulic parts of design, under the condition of the boiler feed pump head unchanged, the requirement of feed water pump flow has a significant increase, the pump efficiency increased as much as possible.For the original pump was improved design, without affecting the original pump body internal structure space at the same time, to check the impeller inlet area and the outlet width, b2and other hydraulic parts size inside the pump body is limited in the geometry space by adjusting the increase of impeller inlet diameter D2and outlet width b2(the front cover of the impeller flow to the lateral translation), adjusting the axial position of the impeller, make its original pump shaft matching installation, hydraulic flow channel and flow area of the impeller trim surface roughness, and the import and export of the impeller blade grinding dozen circle; Guide vane at the entrance of over-current parts to widen the grinding at the same time, increase the flow area and roughness, eventually makes the improved feed water pump performance requirements of the larger flow.
