Along with people in the world attention entironment problem and call for green and economy,less-polluted CFB power plant will consequentially become a branch of important force and direction in the new energy sources development field of home and overseas. At present, along with technology of CFB power plant become maturity gradually,how to increase economy of CFB power plant become the key of whether the technology will be extended widely.Based on the2X110MW Coal-Fired Power Plant engineering design in Aceh, Indonesia, in ensuring the safe operation of the premise unit, this thesis contrasts with technology and economic effects between the major equipment and system selection of this project, after analyzing and learning from the design and operation of the similar existed units domestically and internationally, in order to optimize the design.In according to the design and implementation reality of this project, this thesis discusses mainly the parts that have optimized prominently with economic effects, including the selection of the main steam piping material specifications, the type selection of motor-driven boiler feed pump, the choice of the steam turbine bypass system and PCV valve capacity, and cancel the demonstration of service water open pump. Apart from that, this thesis has, in pursuance of calculated data and the overall project situation as far as it is in operation safely, fully taken into consideration of the economic effects of equipment and system to save the initial investment cost of the power plant. This will at the same time provide reference to the future design work of similar unit.In the process of the research, this thesis combines the theoretic study with the construction practice. Besides that, on the basis of2X110MW Coal-Fired Power Plant project design in Aceh, Indonesia, it has also conducted targeted research and put the outcome into the real practice of2X110MW Coal-Fired Power Plant project, to test the improvement by engineering practice.
