\Competition between manufacturing enterprises have been transformed into a knowledge competition between the companies have entered the era of a knowledge - win , in order to maintain their competitiveness , manufacturing enterprises must strengthen the management of knowledge . The paper, based on the theory of knowledge management , according to the characteristics and development trend of modern manufacturing enterprises , combined with the ever - changing external environment , using a combination of literature research and case studies , in-depth discussion of H 's knowledge management , and build a H 's knowledge management system. Paper combined the actual situation of the KM H Company H's KM system design .
