With the development of compressor, linear compressor have the advantages ofgreater specific current, lower power,lighter, smaller, which make it a popularresearch direction. as the core power of the linear compressor，The linear motor canomit the complexity drive mechanism，and improve the mechanical efficiency. Itsperformance is a key factor affecting compressor energy efficiency.The dissertation do research on motor and control system of refrigerator linearcompressor. Based on equivalent magnetic circuit and the mechanical and electricityenergy transition, the mathematics model of Moving Magnet Linear OscillatingMotors is built. Analysis the characteristics of gas force, electromagnetic force,spring force, and derive the formula of the electromagnetic force. The describingfunction approach are employed to linearize the mathematics model.This dissertation do research on the materials of linear oscillation motor basedon the characteristics of motor material and the permanent magnet. By the efficient,compact motor design principle, it presents three types of permanent magnet linearoscillation motor,and analysis two-dimensional steady-state electromagnetic field ofthe motors by ANSYS, and optimize the structural parameters of the motorcompared with the theoretical calculation.Based on theoretical calculations and computer simulation, this dissertationexplores the functional requirements and the necessity for the linear compressorcontrol system, analysis control principles, and proposes a voltage control scheme. Itcan control the input voltage effectively. Thus it can control the travel andequilibrium position of the compressor mover. And it optimize control waveformsand calculate the optimal control parameters of the waveforms. The dissertation concludes the completed work, and prospect the future fromboth theoretical analysis and experimental research work.
