In the present study,, two new fermentation process was used in solid-state fermentation cottonseed meal. One Method is solid-state fermented by Bacillus licheniformis (B12) and Candida utilis (Cul)(FCM). Another method is solid-state fermented adding enzymatic hydrolyzate of Alcalase and Flavourzyme on the basis of method one (FECM). Besides, this experiment evaluate the nutritional value of CM.FCM.FECM by a digestibility trial and a feeding trial, the results of their study as follows:Experiment.1Effect of different fermentation process on the nutritional of cottonseed mealThe experiment was conducted to analysis the nutritional quality of fermented cottonseed meal. The FG was reduced to197.68mg/kg,202.35mg/kg after solid-state fermentation and hydrolysis of the solid-state fermentation. The content of crude protein and true amino acid increased, and the lower crude fiber. Fermentation of cottonseed meal containing protease, amylase, and probiotics. Solid-state fermentation in an effective addition to the anti-nutritional factors also greatly improved the nutritional quality of cottonseed meal.Experiment.2Effect of different fermentation process on the Roosters metabolizable energy and nutrient digestibility.The experiment was studied the change of metabolic energy and nutrient digestibility of CM FCM FECM by Lai Hang Roosters metabolic tests. The results show that, The apparent metabolizable energy of FCM. FECM. were increased by4.93%and7.05%than CM; True metabolizable energy were increased by3.72%and9.51%.the nutrient digestibility of crude protein, crude fat, calcium, phosphorus, and other have improved to varying degrees. Than the ordinary cottonseed meal.Experiment.3Effect of different fermentation process cottonseed meal on the release characteristics of small peptides in the digestive tract.In the third experiment, the thesis compares and researches the characteristics of different feedstuff protein’s peptide releasing in broilers’digestive tract.The results show that There are significant differences in the proportion of different feed ingredients protein hydrolysis in the broiler gastrointestinal release of small peptides. from high to low order:FECM> FCM> CM. Hydrolytic release of small molecules of the same raw materials in various parts of the broiler gastrointestinal peptides were significantly different Which proventriculus release of small peptides lowest proportion was significantly lower than the small intestine. The small intestine while the highest content of duodenum, small and medium-sized peptides release segment the lowest in the ileum after jejunal the preceding paragraph, after paragraph and ileum preceding was no significant difference.Experiment.4Effect of Fermentation of cottonseed meal on broiler performance and intestinal morphology.In this experiment, the solid-state fermentation of cottonseed meal was used in the diets of42broilers which replace soybean meal based diets as protein ratio. This trial was studied the effect of fermentation of cottonseed meal on performance index of immune organs, serological markers of oxidation resistance and small intestine tissue morphology in broilers. The results show that:compared with the control group, in accordance with50%75%and100%of protein ratio eplacement of soybean meal, AA broilers daily gain, daily feed intake index of immune organs and lower feed conversion trend of but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). But significant difference compared with ordinary cottonseed meal group (P<0.05). About serum index, compared with control group, the AST, ALT, TP of FCM have the tendency to increase, but the difference was not significant while ALB and HDL significantly increased and the difference was significant (P<0.05). BUN, GLU and LDH were decreased than the control group, but the difference was not significant. Antioxidant index, treated with the T-AOC respectively12.22%,7.54%,5.24%than the control, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Malondialdehyde(MDA) were significantly lower than the control group. Intestinal activity data results show that the amylase, lipase activity of duodenum and jejunum were improved with adding fermented cottonseed meal and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Intestinal tissue morphology results that, there was a trend that the ileum villus height was increased and crypt depth was reduced of duodenum and jejunum. Improve the intestinal structure the ability of the intestinal digestion and absorption of the AA effectively.Experiment.5Effect of Fermentation of cottonseed meal alternative antibiotic on broiler performanceThis study examined the basal diet of antibiotics and antibiotic-free fermentation of cottonseed meal diet on performance in the42-day-old broiler. The results show that compared with the control group and fermentation of cottonseed meal group adding the antibiotic.There was no significant difference (P>0.05), in average daily gain, daily feed intake, feed conversion Immune organ index improved significantly (P<0.05) than the control group and fermentation of cottonseed meal group. Adding the antibiotic (P<0.05)
