No matter what is normal or generalized dynamical system, its structure will get more and more complex because of its high-dimensional system. We will meet much diffuculity when using the high-dimensional complex system. So we must find a method to make high-dimensional complex system change into simple system. In this paper, a new equal transform fomat was proposed for high-dimensional system from a angle of generalized system structure analysis and control method research, namely two-matrix simultaneity standardization limited equivalence transformation. A new structure was obtained, which is more simple and easy to analyze complex generalized system. Compared with traditional method, a transformed generalized system with proposed method produced new phenomena, which provided a basis for analyzing generalized system deeply.The research work was summarized as follows:1.Linear system math theory basis.It included linear relation of matrix, singular value decomposition and positive definite matrices quadratic forms, et al. Block multiplication of matrix was stated in detail. The linear system conception and main characteristics were summarized, too.2. Generalized system state space description and its transfer function.Generalized system state space description method was introduced. Especially, for complex generalized system, limited equivalence transformation is necessary method to transform complex generalized system into simple and special form. In this paper, three limited equivalence transformation method were stated in detail.3. Two-matrix simultaneity standardization limited equivalence transformation. On the basis of metioned three limited equivalence transformation method, two-matrix simultaneity standardization limited equivalence transformation was proposed. Using the novel method, a high-dimensional complex system can be transformed into multi-simple generalized system. In the same time, some new phenomena was observed, so generalized systerm configuration can understanded much clearly from state component angle.
