SPSS17.0was used for statistical analysis, taking p<0.05for the difference was statistically significant. Results:There were significant differences in the situations with the pain degree, the time of slough defluvium, granulation tissue formation and average healing days between the two groups(p<0.05), indicating that treatment group was superior to the control group. There was no significant difference in the situations with wound infection and relapse between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusions:There were significant superiority in the situations of pain relief, accelerating the slough defluvium, promoting granulation tissue formation and wound healing in the treatment group to those in the control group.
