Objective:The objective of the study is to discuss the changes and relationshipwith hsCRP of heart rate turbulence in patient with primary hypertension. Methods:A total of51patients with hypertension in our hospital were chosen asexperimental group from April2011to January2012, there were24male and27female,the average age is50.76±11.63. Test their levels of hscrp, in which the normal group(hsCRP<3mg/L) is32cases, elevated group(hsCRP≥3mg/L) is19cases.Test theirLVMI, in which the left ventricular hypertrophy group(LVMI:male>125g/m2,female>120g/m2) is25cases, the no left ventricular hypertrophygroup(LVMI:male≤125g/m2, female≤120g/m2) is26cases.The24-hour ambulatoryelectrocardiograph was performed for all subjects to obtain the TO and TS of HRT andSDNN of HRV.33cases of control group were detected at the same time, there were15male and18female, the average age is52.88±12.44.Results:1.Compared with the control group, the levels of TO was higher (-0.34±2.85%vs-2.23±2.17%, P<0.05), the levels of TS was lower (3.18±1.21ms/RR vs4.96±1.02ms/RR, P<0.01) and the levels of hsCRP is higher (3.56±2.01mg/L vs1.26±1.16mg/L, P<0.05) in the hypertension group.2.Compared with the no left ventricular hypertrophy group, the levels of TO washigher (1.13±1.02%vs-1.47±0.14%, P<0.05) and the levels of TS was lower(1.59±0.71vs4.01±1.02ms/RR, P<0.05) in the left ventricular hypertrophy group.3.Compared with the normal group of hsCRP in the hypertension group, the levelsof TO was higher (4.74±2.17%vs-0.91±2.41%, P<0.01) and the levels of TS waslower (1.22±0.86ms/RR vs3.33±1.02ms/RR, P<0.05) in the elevated group of hsCRP.4.TO is positively correlated with hsCRP (r=0.329, P<0.05) and negativelycorrelated with the average heart rate (r=-0.458, P<0.05). TS is negatively correlated with hsCRP (r=-0.394, P<0.01) and positively correlated with SDNN (r=0.532, P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The HRT significantly reduce in patients with hyperten-sion, especially in thesepatients with left ventricular hypertrophy or the high level of hsCRP, the levels of TO ishigher and TS is lower.2.It demonstrats that in patients with hypertension who have increasedinflammatory response and autonomic nervous dysfunction,a link may exist betweeninflammation and autonomic nervous. They may be have effect on the unfavorableprognosis of hypertension.
