Objective:China is a high incidence of diabetes country, especially in type Ⅱ diabetes, which brings huge disease pressure to our country, increased the people’s burden of disease. Many kinds of oral hypoglycemic drugs of type II diabetes are used now, how to choose the economic, effective and crucial oha. is very important. In this paper, analysis of thetherapeutic effect and drug costs for all kinds of oral hypoglycemic drugs by using the Bias mixed treatment comparison method, exploring Bias mixed treatment comparisonmethod applied to the pharmacoeconomic evaluation of oral hypoglycemic drugs in treating type II diabetes, provided a reference for all kinds of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the future.Method..By searching published literature from Chinese electronic databases, using WinBUGS software for the Bayesian mixed treatment comparison method for evaluation of the effect of six kinds of oral hypoglycemic drugs, and incorporated into the economic analysis for pharmacoeconomic theory for six kinds of oral hypoglycemic drugs.Result.Through the search of domestic Chinese database,24articles were included in the analysis. Bayesian mixed treatment were analyzed after data filtering. After analysis, fasting and2hour postprandial blood glucose decreased from high to low order are α-glucosidase inhibitors, biguanides, thiazolidine two ketones, benzoic acid derivatives, sulfonylurea, Chinese traditional medicine (blood stasis). In pharmacoeconomic evaluation, thiazolidine two ketones cost effect ratio optimal. Chinese traditional medicine (blood stasis) cost effectiveness is poor.Conclusion:Bias mixed treatment comparison method combined with the analysis of the traditional Meta analysis and indirect Meta. In the study of oral hypoglycemic drugs for treating diabetes drug economics evaluation of type II,it can be compared to a variety of oral hypoglycemic agents, and probabilistic description of the hypoglycemic effect of different oral antidiabetic drugs, the hypoglycemic amplitude ranking. But due to the literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type II diabetes included less, it can not be fully realized the advantages and benefits of Chinese medicine to improve the quality of life in patients in the area.
