Objective:To test the levels of anti–double-stranded DNA(anti-dsDNA) anti-body,Anti-nucleosome(AnuA) and Anti-dsDNA-NcX in serum of patients withsystemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),analyzel the sensitivity and specificity ofanti-dsDNA, AnuA and Anti-dsDNA-NcX and the correlation between otherlaboratory indexs in SLE, to supply the evidence of diagnostics and treatment for SLE,for clinical practic of association detecting to make initial investigate.Methods:ELISA were usd to detect serum Anti-dsDNA, Anti-nucleosome andanti-dsDNA-NcX in91patients with SLE, as well as45disaese controls and46heathycontrols. We analysed sensitivity and specificity of three antibodys,evaluated thecorrelation between others laboratory index.Results:the positive rate of Anti-dsDNA,Anti-nucleosome and Anti-dsDNA-NcXwas56%,49.5%and61.5%respectively,Specificity was94.5%,94.5%and100%.respectively.Anti-nucleosome,Anti-dsDNA and Anti-dsDNA-NcX were positivelyassociated with SLEDAI(Spearman correlation coefficient r=0.496, P=0.000r=0.486, P=0.000r=0.42, P=0.000). The titers of ANA was positively correlated with AnuAand Anti-dsDNA-NcX concentration(Spearman correlation coefficient r=0.303, P=0.004r=0.499, P=0.000), ANA titres was not correlation with Anti-dsDNA(Spearmancorrelation coefficient r=0.188, P=0.076). There was no statistics difference of ESRamong negative and positive grops of Anti-dsDNA and Anti-dsDNA-NcX(X2=0.758P=0.384)(X2=0.134P=0.175), there was statistics difference between the negativewith positive grops of AnuA(X2=20.313P=0.000). The difference of CRP and UPROwere not statistic significant in the three antibodys. complement3、complement4wasstatistic significant in the negative with positive grops of AnuA、Anti-dsDNA andAnti-dsDNA-NcX(X2=9.84P=0.002)、(X2=16.533P=0.000)(X2=10.33P=0.001)and (X2=11.611P=0.001)、(X2=12.688P=0.000)(X2=8.766P=0.003),respectively. There was no statistics difference of CysC among negative andpositive grops of Anti-dsDNA and AnuA (X2=0.758P=0.384)(X2=0.134P=0.175), the re was statistics difference between the negative with positive grops ofAnti-dsDNA-NcX(X2=4.038P=0.044).Conclusion: Anti-dsDNA-NcX regarded as an important serologic marker in thediagnosis and determination of disease activity, and the sensitivity and specificity werehigher than AnuA and Anti-dsDNA,Three antibodys were associated with diseaseactivity with SLE,It could help to evaluate the disease condition.
