Treatment and Prevention of Severe Sting Injury Caused by Kind of Bee and Wasp

Objective: To discuss severe bee sting on the body damage. Explorethe comprehensive treatment and preventive measures severe bee sting.Methods: In Critical Care Unit of our hospital10cases of stingspatients data were analyzed retrospectively, of which the6with MODScases’ data were analyzed retrospectively. We analyse the differencesbefore and after treatment. We retrieve "Wasp sting"and "bee stings” asterms in PubMed,"feng zhe shang" as terms in CNKI to filter out literatureof severe sting’s treatment and analyze with different data.Results：there’s a high mortality of patients with severe sting. Severestings often showed hemolysis, acute renal dysfunction, acute liverdysfunction, myocardial damage, often complicated with MODS. Throughthe blood purification、Glucocorticoids used、respiratory support、organsupportive、anti-infection treatment、treatment to the local venom andswelling and pain attenuated, other symptomatic treatment and intensivecare，the patient’s liver function、coagulogram、myocardial damage andsystemic inflammatory reaction could get varying degrees of improvement，and the pathogenetic condition had improved. But we don’t see the reduction of urea and Cr in the short term.Conclusion:1.The hemolysis、liver and kidney dysfunction、cardiacdysfunction、and disorders of hemostasis are ofen the main performance ofsevere sting injury. It’s high mortality of severe sting with MODS.2. Thetherapy should be comprehensive treatment which should be multi-toolswith on the the Platform of ICU. Treatment strategy should be localprocessing and blood purification therapy eliminate toxins as soon aspossible, Glucocorticoids therapy to anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic,good breath support; while strengthening multi-organ support and activelycorrect metabolic disorders, through continuous monitoring ECG、bloodoxygensaturation、blood pressure、laboratory indicators、and so on, so asto deal with the condition in a actively and timely manner.3. The treatmentof severe stings need to continue explori ng， so as to find the most effectivetreatment to reduce mortality.4.We can carry out epidemiologicaleducation to prevent sever stings，and the immune prevention for allergic tothe venom need the more and further study in our country.
