Malignant tumor is a kind of wasting disease, with the progress of the tumor, the nutritional status in patients with worsening, development of cachexia. Gastric cancer is a kind of originated in gastric epithelial malignant tumor, the cause of death in the tumor causes of death worldwide. Therefore, cancer of the stomach is already constitutes a major disease which cause serious damage to human health. The incidence of gastric cancer patients with deficiency disease is quite high, often characterized by late cachexia. Nutritional deficiency can form state of cachexia, difficult to sustain life, consequently lower the quality of life, affect survival, influence the treatment scheme, make the treatment effect is affected. Therefore, the treatment of advanced gastric cancer deficiency disease is more and more attention. At present the mechanism of nutrient deficiency is still not fully understood. The new prevention measures focus on correcting metabolic abnormalities caused by cytokines, inhibit cytokines produced or inhibit cytokines in target organs. Application of drugs for cachexia complications at the same time, but there is no clear and reliable clinical curative effect, and the treatment time delay, high cost and the lack of the means of treatment. Accordingly, in the treatment of tumor malnutrition, Chinese medicine will be promising. But the current problems of Chinese medicine is:although the etiology and pathogenesis of gastric cancer recorded content is rich, but not for advanced gastric cancer malnutrition system literature analysis; Part combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma involving nutrition deficiency symptom of treatment and improvement, and no Chinese medicine intervention in advanced gastric cancer malnutrition as the main research contents of clinical research.Research objective:Through this study, to determine the advanced gastric cancer nutrition deficiency of theoretical basis, pathogenesis and syndrome characteristics, etc. Exploration of advanced gastric cancer deficiency disease of traditional Chinese medicine has the objectification of auxiliary guiding significance to the nutritional evaluation index. On this basis, lays the foundation for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine nutrition deficiency.in order to further prospective clinical research, to develop Chinese medicine nutrition support principle, intervention methods and ways, provides the basis.Research methods Application of Dongzhimen hospital inquiry system of record room, retrieval in March2008to October2013in Beijing university of Chinese medicine Dongzhimen hospital first clinical medical college of gastric cancer patients, according to the medical record analysis, choose the criteria for the85cases of patients. With reference to relevant diagnostic criteria, make disease syndrome diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine, mainly in hemoglobin, albumin, total protein as an index, the investigation of the patient’s general condition, related biochemical indicators and TCM syndrome types, multiple factors analysis, observe the objective index and the correlation of TCM syndrome types. Results:(1) The TCM syndrome type distribution characteristics:85patients is divided into six types. Among them, the most is deficiency of the spleen and stomach syndrome,35cases, accounted for41.17%, the rest of the24cases of The qi and blood deficiency syndrome, accounting for23.53%,Phlegm stagnation syndromel3cases, Blood stagnation of the stomach syndrome7cases, accounting for8.24%; Liver-stomach disharmony syndrome6cases, accounting for7.06%; Stomach heat injury Yin type4cases, accounting for4.71%.(2) Gender relations with TCM syndrome type. men’s and women’s groups have no statistical significance in TCM syndrome group(P>0.05).(3) By age group, Comparative differences between the three groups have significant statistical significance in TCM syndrome group(P=0.000).2group and3group differences were statistically significant (P<0.0167).(4)%IBW1decline degree of comparative differences have very significant statistical significance in TCM syndrome group(P=0.000).%IBW1value comparison difference have significant statistical significance in TCM syndrome group(P=0.035).(5) There was no statistically significant difference compare hemoglobin loss in TCM syndrome group(P>0.05). Hemoglobin in every syndrome type of comparative differences between groups have no statistical significance (P>0.05).(6)Albumin level comparison difference has significant statistical significance in TCM syndrome group(P=0.022).Serum albumin each card type group comparison difference has significant statistical significance(P=0.001).(7) Serum total protein loss comparison difference has the extremely significant statistical significance in TCM syndrome group(P=0.001).Serum total protein each card type group of comparison difference is not statistically significant(.P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) The patients with advanced gastric cancer malnutrition status of traditional Chinese medicine, with Deficiency of the spleen and stomach syndrome most, the rest of The qi and blood deficiency syndrome,Phlegm stagnation syndrome, Blood stagnation of the stomach syndrome, Liver-stomach disharmony syndrome and Stomach heat injury Yin type.(2) Age and advanced gastric deficiency disease of TCM syndrome types have certain relevance. Aged60-70,70-80, the two age groups of patients in the majority with Deficiency of the spleen and stomach syndrome, followed by The qi and blood deficiency syndrome.50to60aged patients with Phlegm stagnation syndrome is the most common.(3)%IBW1with advanced gastric cancer deficiency disease of TCM syndrome types have certain relevance. The patient is given priority to with Phlegm stagnation syndrome%IBW1mild decline;%IBW1moderately severe decline in patients with type Deficiency of the spleen and stomach syndrome, The qi and blood deficiency syndrome is given priority to, including type Deficiency of the spleen and stomach syndrome is the most commoa The lowest%IBW1evidence type is Stomach heat injury Yin type, the second is Deficiency of the spleen and stomach syndrome.(4) ALB with advanced gastric cancer deficiency disease of TCM syndrome types have certain relevance.ALB moderate decline in patients with Deficiency of the spleen and stomach syndrome,The qi and blood deficiency syndrome is given priority to, Deficiency of the spleen and stomach syndrome is the most common; ALB in patients with severe decline is given priority to with Deficiency of the spleen and stomach syndrome. ALB minimum evidence for Deficiency of the spleen and stomach syndrome, the rest was followed by The qi and blood deficiency syndrome, Stomach heat injury Yin type. Phlegm stagnation syndrome,Blood stagnation of the stomach syndrome,Liver-stomach disharmony syndrome.(5) Serum total protein and advanced gastric deficiency disease of TCM syndrome types have certain relevance.TP moderately severe decline, most of the patients with Deficiency of the spleen and stomach syndrome.
