Research on the Application of Image Training Method in the Aerobics Gymnastics’ Lesson of Universities in Chang Chun

With the deepening of reform and college sports development, school sports require advance with the times. Consider "lifetime sports" and "Health First" as the guidance thought, university sports clubs appear one after another. Among the vast number of individual sports clubs of colleges and universities, aerobics club gains popularity because of the project’s unique charm. Consequently, aerobics has also made significant progress. However, there remain some problems in teaching, such as teachings stereotyped movements, a simple layout, music and rhythm issues such as lack of change must be resolved.Aiming at the above problems on a macroscopic level, this paper researches on and makes comparative analysis on the application of the representation training method in club teaching aerobics in college in Changchun City. Primarily through analyzing the index between Northeast Normal University experimental group and control group before and after the experiment, through comparative analysis of teaching effectiveness of Representation Training Method and by traditional methods, through the using of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and so on, the author makes the following conclusions: Representation Training makes full acceptance of the learning information and optimizes the teaching methods; Representation training method shift from a teacher-centered teaching mode to student-centered, teacher-centered teaching mode; Representation training method enables students to convert from passive learning to active learning, have enthusiasm for higher learning and show more interest, more self-confidence; Imagery training law also strengthens the effect of teaching so that the learner’s attention is more focused, vision is more open, dynamic stereotype formation process significantly shortened. We should mine teaching the advantages of imagery teaching methods in to make up for deficiencies in the traditional teaching methods. To explore new teaching environment, teaching aerobics and effective teaching methods, in order to better carry out aerobics club teaching colleges and universities to enable students to quickly and accurately grasp the technology aerobics movement, enhanced sense of music to raise the level of teaching to achieve better teaching results are of great practical significance.
