The Research in Socialization Reform of Logistics in Colleges and Universities of China

The socialization of the logistics in colleges and universities is a profound reform in the history of the development of the higher education in China. Through socialization, the traditional, close and self-supplying logistics management mode has been transformed into an open one which meets the demand of market economy system. This is the necessary demand of the development of market economy and the inevitable result of the development of modern society. The socialization of the logistics in colleges and universities in China has been being researched in the past two decades. But the reform development is not balanced and with the deepening of the reform, new situations and problems arise. The problems which need our immediate attention include how to deepen our commitment to the reform, how to strengthen the activity in colleges and universities in China, how to improve both the quality and efficiency of the logistics and how to increase the material supply of logistics. According to this situation, this paper puts forward new mode and detailed measures, providing the reform of logistics in colleges and universities in China with a new significant reference. The creative views put forward by the paper include: the logistics in colleges and universities must serve the education; the socialization reform of logistics in colleges and universities must be conducted according to different conditions in different schools; the reform must pay attention to the balance among all the parties’relationships and interests; the reform must be diverse, instead of following the same pattern.
