So under the background of the new curriculum reform, the research on the adaptability of English Teachers in Rural Junior High School is extremely important.By making a survey of the adaptability of English Teachers in Rural Junior High School, analyzing the expressions and the reasons of the maladjustments, give some advice to improve the adaptability of English Teachers in Rural Junior High School.
