Students is a common subject of cross-cultural adaptation. This paper takes the students in Japan Chinese as the research object, research method used in qualitative, quantitative, from the psychological adaptation, social cultural adaptation and academic adaptation and inspected the three dimensions of their Japanese abroad study life and study conditions, trying to analysis method is used to find out the effect of statistical variance in individual attributes factors Chinese students cross cultural adaptation, and according to the difference of social support and cross cultural adaptation of analysis to identify the sources of social support and effective, in order to provide students to find out the effective strategies of cross cultural adaptation. The main draw the following findings: first, adaptation on Chinese students psychology, this research survey of 33.1% students in a mild depression, there are a small number of students in a moderate to severe depression state, all of these should be used as the object of the prevention of psychological problems and concerns. From the result of variance analysis, in addition to age, in Japan to study time, professional and to Japan before Japanese ability level have significant influence on the on Chinese students cross cultural psychological adaptation, the current level of Japanese had also significant influence tendency. When the symptoms of depression and psychological aspect, to the Japanese friends for help or listen to music by way of self decompression effect is good. Second, in the day Chinese students social cultural adaptation in the overall slightly difficult state. Among them, in a little difficult students accounted for 53.7%, findings also 41.2% of the students was at moderate degree of difficulty, there are a small number of students in a difficult condition, these objects should be as the attention and help solve the Japanese Party school. From the result of variance analysis, in addition to Japan before the Japanese understanding degree, whether the number of Japanese lover and their steady Japanese friends meet to have a significant impact on cross cultural social culture, the Japanese level also had significant effect tendency. When the social culture to adapt to when you are in trouble, to the Japanese friends and international exchange room teacher for help or self solve good effect. Third, in the day Chinese students academic adaptation in the overall slightly difficult state. Among them, in a little difficult students accounted for 60.3%, findings also 33.1% of the students was at moderate degree of difficulty, there are a small number of students in a difficult condition, these objects should be as the attention and help solve the Japanese Party school. From the result of variance analysis, age, present study identity (undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral students) and to Japan before the Japanese understanding adaptation degree have significant influence on the cross-cultural academic. When there are difficulties in academic aspect, to the Japanese friends and Japanese teacher for help or use of network autonomous learning effect is more ideal.
