Border police forces is a stationed in the border area. It keep social stability and bordersecurity, it sets the army, law enforcement, foreign affairs together. It has dual identity ofboth the police and army. In recent years, with the continuous development of socialprogress, the surrounding culture are becoming increasingly diverse, because of the thespecial mission to the frontier, the complex social environment, and conversion task, thetroops set in the forefront of harsh natural environment, and the complex situation is againstthe enemy. The high risk, high load the work has seriously affected the mental health ofsoldiers, which disturb soldiers emotion.Now soldiers mental status is not optimistic, thedifficulty troops management are increasing, if things go on like this, it will hind theimplementation of army mordenization, influence the stability and weaken the fightingcapacity of collective forces.According to the psychological status of border officers and soliders, starting from thesource of the investigation and management issues, in-depth analysis of the negative effectson the social and individual and group psychology, troops and military itself, according to thepsychology of management, the troops political and ideological education theory andpsychological correlation model, is presented to the high pressure working border guards,how the society the rule of law, support groups, personality cultivation, protection, increasethe controllability of the psychological management of military servicemen, incentiveindividual subjective initiative.The theory put forward suggestions and countermeasure to solve the psychologicalproblems from the four aspects of society, family, individual forces, that society should givethe troops more and better understanding and support, that system guarantee the basic needsof the military, that try to establish military security system, in order to establish themanagement mechanism of all-round, promote the cultivation of good soldiers, personality building good employment mechanism, and create a healthy and positive work environment,to better enhance the military ’s psychological ability, psychological quality and ability ofstress, the troops management more timely and change of the new situation of troops strategy,improve the combat effectiveness of the force, and keep the troops internal harmony andstability, to strengthen the all-round construction of the armed forces, to speed up the armymodernization.
