The Study of "4050" Personnel Reemployment Problem from the View of Social Work

Employment is the basis of people’s livelihood.Under the background ofincreasingly prominent contradiction between labor supply and demand,due to thetransformation of economic structure and accelerating modernization process, China’semployment problem is becoming more and more serious. In recent years, with theeconomic and social development and people’s change of employment concept, moreand more people are facing employment difficulties. In all of these people,"4050"personnel reemployment problem has already become an indispensable condition.Seeking employment point growth and promoting reemployment,especially for"4050"personnel,has become an important political task of the current state-owned enterprisereform and social stability maintenance. The "4050" personnel face problems,such asemployment skills shortage, employment idea obsolete and so on in the course ofemployment,resulting in "4050" workers getting greater difficulties in employment.Thisinfluence "4050" personnel to improve the quality of life and then affects the stability ofthe whole society.Social work, which is led by the government and participated by the broad socialforces, is a kind of professional social service that aims to help people in difficulties andget people to help themselves with scientific theories and methods. Social workupholds the concept of self-help and plays a role in promoting social development inevery aspect. In terms of employment, social work plays the role of resource integrationby the use of three professional working methods,namely,case work, group work andcommunity work method, to promote social employment.Social work can help explore the demand, link resource,train the unemployed,organize mutual help and construct the network in the "4050" personnel reemployment.The author adopted random sampling method to carry out a questionnaire survey in SDistrict Zhongshan City Guangdong province. Firstly, this paper analyses the presentsituation of Zhongshan city’s”4050" employment to know the shortcomings andproblems in employment of4050" personnel; secondly, this essay puts forward the intervention point into "4050" people’s from the view of social work and creates a socialwork intervention mode into the "4050" personnel employment through concretepractice operation; finally,this essay puts forward some suggestions for the socialwork’s intervention mode into the "4050" personnel employment and hopes to providecertain reference significance by constructing the social work intervention mode into the"4050" personnel.
