In the21st century, with the rapid development of science and technology,the aspiration possessed by all industries pursuing efficiency and speed keeps soaringup. Some even believe that speed is equal to success. In the human resourcesdevelopment area, stakeholders are eager to see their training department can provide,in short time, high quality talents to support enterprise development. This papersummarizes and analyzes both internal and external research findings on how todesign and develop training courses more rapidly and efficiently. In reference to theessence of performance-based instruction and the core designing procedure ofLean-Instructional Design, and in conjunction with the authors’experiences of practice,this thesis puts forward a system method (PR Method) and its model, to design anddevelop training courses more rapidly and efficiently. PR Method emphasizes needsanalysis consistent with organizational business vision and performance objective,structural course and instructional design and course development activities based onanalysis and design. PR Method pays great attention to project management,improving training project efficiency through consistent cooperation among analyzing,designing and developing teams. Besides, PR Method also features13key points toimprove efficiency of training course design and development. Following keyprocesses and points of PR Method, this thesis puts the system method into practice bydeveloping a course named Coaching for Success, and summarizes some practicalpoints based on implementation feedback and reflection.
