By development of the global economic,that human recourse (HR) is the key factor forkeep an enterprise growing in a good condition has been recognized by many operator. HR isnot only and continous, renewable recourse, but also is base recourse. In morden enterpriseHR is sort of wealth which is cannot be counted, meanwhile brings large mount of interestingfor the business. Recent years, the high frequency staff changing bring a big cost for thecompany and lower down the loyalty from staves.Basing on the research from others, this paper will discuss the problem of human resource(HR) losing. This paper taking HZ Education Grp. as sample, by the meaning of interviewand questionnaire, analyzed the recent five years fact of HR losing in the enterprise. Authorfound that the main factor of HR losing is personal factor and inside and outside environmentfactor. By the investigation and analyze, author will bring out an effective method to preventHR losing, and the monitor and control system. It will reinforce the HR management in HZgroup, and has practical meaning for modern enterprise management
