Our society needs more professional and higher quality talents in today’, because of the rapid development of economy. The cultivation of students’ creative ability has became the most important thing of educational reform in many countries. To keep the pace with the development, China carried out series of reforms in the area of education. Especially the new curriculum reforms of Chinese eighth basic education which began in2001reached the apex of these reforms.Even since school system was established,classroom teaching as the main form existed, students can get knowledges and let ability to get promoted through classroom.T he reform of education, either concept of change, or adjustment on the course content,all through the improvement of classroom teaching to achieve.So change of classroom teaching should be a change in the major way. It has a positive meaning with promotes the philosophy of education updating, the teaching skills of teacher improving, the students’ learning ability developing. But the change of classroom teaching is a dynamically process, affected by many factors, a lot of problems are engendered in the practice process.,so the change can not be deep into depth operational level.In order to understand the factors that affect the change of classroom teaching implementation, this article selects S Primary School in Lanzhou City as a sample school, made it practice of "efficient class" mode for the case.This study benefited from the methods of observation and deep interview,issued administrative instructions from the executive branch, the process of organizational change and teachers in the process of implementing change. The focuses were mainly on the teacher’s perception of efficient class mode, teaching methods and the problems of student’s transformation of the study methods. The results proved that the plans of the administrative department were no research; the school did not provide corresponding safeguards for teachers; Therefore, teachers in the implementation of change awareness on the theme of change is not deep and exist a big difference, They also lack the skills of advancing with the times. These reasons have led to a change of classroom teaching did not get good results. In connection with problems of classroom teaching in the transformation, this study make A reflection with the changes in classroom teaching, and improvement strategies:administrative departments should be prepared to research and design, supervision; school should be create supportive environment for classroom teaching change; teachers must update ideas and improve teaching skills; enhance professional to lead, public opinion and the support from parents can not be ignored.
