National culture is the fundamental driving force of nationalsurvival and development, which is also a symbol of difference from othernations. However, with the economic tide, productionmethods, Daur, Oroqen, Ewenki these three ethnic minorities, the huntingoriented culture of these three minorites is at risk. National languagedeteriorate seriously, strengthening the national culture of the three ethnicminorities’ protection is imperative. Hulunbeir ethnic is the neighborhoods ofthree minority nations, secondary vocational and technical education is themain way of national cultural heritage. This paper is orientedin language teaching in secondary vocational schools of Hulunbeir as anobject to analyze the penetration and problems in the three minoritycultures in the region, to improve the importance of language teaching invocational schools and to enhance the identity of students towards threeminority cultures to play the role of language education in cultural heritage,especially in ethnic minority cultural heritage and to explore the newroad of practical significance, causing interest and attention in theprotection of cultural heritage in the three ethnic communities and otherethnic minorities, enriching the form of language teaching. Ultimatelystrengthen the cultural identity in the ethnic minority areas, and enhancethe nation’s culture and spirit of learning in accordacne with internationalstandard and the minorities in the modern context renew withnew creativity. Cultural studies, literature analysis, observation, interviews ofways are used in this paper. it is divided into five parts:The first part of the preface. Illustrates the background and causesof the issues in this study and carried out a detailed introduction indomestic and international research, an overview of the study area to clarify the proposed study of the basic ideas and methods.The second part of the determination of the basic concepts. For this research from the culture of science, it explains the concept of cultur e. And explain several of the basic concepts of the three little people, three small national culture, cultural heritage, generate, generation and generation of classroom teaching.The third part of the three small national culture studies. Do a research and discussion on the material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture in three areas of the three traditional culture. Material culture studies, including clothing, architecture, food, transportation; institutional culture focused on describing the various ethnic tribes and ethniccustoms system, which includes customs, festivals, weddings and funerals; the spiritual cultural, includes the national language, religion, literature, art and science. From several aspects of the analysis, the threesmall nations’ living environment is similar, there are many cultural similarities, but there are differences. Culture is constrainted by geography, history and other environmental, it is a continuous build process, thenature of cultural knowledge is generative.Part four analyzes the status and problems of Three ethnic cultural heritage of language teaching in vocational Hulunbeir. The culture of three minorities has a deficiency,the methods of language teaching are outdated which need to improve; language teachers lack the cultural knowledge of three minorities and national cultural knowledge and spirit. national culture and national spirit of the understanding of knowledge not enough; campus culture atmosphere is weak, the cultural heritage of three minorities lack of heritage soil problems. Part five analyzes the recommendations of cultural heritage of the three minorities in Hulunbeir vocational language teaching. To solve the above problems, through research and analysis, attaching great importanceto improve language teaching and teachers’ education philosophy, puttingforward to strengthen the importance of language teaching staff to enhance the proposal of educational philosophy, courses given in school should based on curriculum reform, adding the advice with national culture color in the three ethnic minorities in secondary vocational teaching. the teaching content should be based on three national cultural heritage, closely related to professional and real-life; from the generative classroomteaching methods individualized teaching methods, diversification of classroom teaching methods adopting hematic unit teaching methods, these methods provide an improval advices of language teaching methods; to strengthen the proposals of training language teachers. from rational planning school environment construction, interspersed national characteristics inthe indoor environment timely, penetrate the cultures of three minoritiesin school activities, organize research practical activities of three minorities to strengthen the construction of campus culture atmosphere recommendations.
