The present situation and the reason analysis of Tibet high school geography teachers under the new curriculum teaching design ability

Since the instructional design was brought in our country,through manyyears’localizations,now it has been one of the hot spots and the focal questions in thestudy of the domestic educational circles.Especially under the background of thecurrent elementary educational curriculum,the research of instructional design hasaroused many people’attention in more than one way,which thus has also initiated thepeople to the research of the capacity of instructional design.The implementation of new curriculum is the key issue in the process of highschool geography teachers curriculum reform.The fundamental approach is theimprovement of the instruction design in the classroom.This is a key point of asuccessful classroom teaching.Therefore the competence of tibet high schoolgeography teachers is the most important factor that affects the quality ofclassroom teaching which also restricts the reformation design conpetence of tibethigh school geography teachers. Aeeodring to the Present siutation of classroominsrtuction design competence of tibet high school geography teachers and itscauses we can enforce effective training to teachers assisting them to form asystematic and holistic teaching concept.And it also facilitates teachers to combinetheir theory and practice harmoniously,advances the self-improvement ofteachers’competence of classroom insrtuction design.Then it will provide someopinions to amend the high school curriculum standard and the tibet high schoolgeography texbooks and give promise to the implementation of curriculumreformation. This paper is mainly divided into two parts:(1)An exploration to the presentsituation of classroom insrtuction design competence of tibet high school geographyteachers;(2)An exploration to the contributing fators of classroom insrtuction designcompetence of tibet high school geography teachers.Through comparing andanalyzing to76classroom insrtuction design of tibet high school geographyteacher’,it is found that the classroom insrtuction design competence of tibet highschool geography is very common and its elements develop diversely.Through questionnaire investigating and deeply interviewing,it is found that thestudents,the teachers,the princioless and request of curriculum standsad,the textbookcompiling,the training of teachers and the curriculum resource are the most importantfactors which affect and restrict the instruction competence of tibet high schoolgeography teachers’.
