The Study of College Students' Honesty Education under the Condition of Market Economy

With the development of market economy increasingly, people pay more andmore attention to “the term of honesty”. In recent years, the market often appears to bethe phenomenon of lacking honesty, which attracts the general attention in society, so“honesty” have became the topic in focus among people. College students, who are thebuilders and successors in the future of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, shouldstrengthen their honesty education. Comparing with the education of honesty amongcollege students in developed countries, this thesis is based on the positive and negativeeffects of market economy and tries to find out some problems of honesty educationunder the condition of market economy in China and analyze some strategies aboutsolving these problems. Meanwhile, this thesis aims to cultivate the quality of collegestudents’ honesty and establish the correct concept of good faith through strengtheningthe education of college students’ honesty.The Basic Frameworks of this thesis are as follows:The First Chapter: Introduction. This part mainly states the background of theselected topic, literature review, research questions, research ideas and researchmethods.The Second Chapter: Summary of the related. In terms of the positive andnegative influence produced by the honesty education of college students under themarket economy, this part refers to the significance of college students’ honestyeducation. Meanwhile, it mainly talks about the following several aspects whichincludes the significance of the practice of socialist core value system, the significanceof cultivating honesty among college students, the significance of enriching theconnotation of the moral education, the significance of establishment of social credit.The Third Chapter: the current problems of college students’ honesty educationproblems and reasons analysis. Based on the existing problems for college students’honesty education, on one hand, this part points out that honesty education amongcollege students is affected by University trustworthiness education lack ofeffectiveness, the exam-oriented education， and the negative influence of socialenvironment,and family education respectively. On the other hand, this part analyzesthe current situation of honesty education in developed countries as reference and research. At the same time, the author uses a large number of survey data and analyzesthe results with the chart in this chapter.The Forth Chapter: the strategies of strengthening college students’ honestyeducation under the condition of market economy. This chapter mainly elaborates theconsciousness of cultivating college students, the strategies、measures and suggestionsof strengthening college students’ honesty education. From the three aspects on the Theideological and political education, campus culture and social environment, familyenvironment, and individual, this chapter put forward the corresponding solution to theproblem in order to improve the quality of college students’ honesty, which provides thepowerful guarantee for the honesty education among college students.
