Practical Research of Chinese Key Agricultural Universities on Curriculum Internationalization of Postgraduate Education

In the21st century, with the accelerated process of economic globalization and information technology, internationalization of higher education has become an inevitable trend. Postgraduate education as the highest level of higher education structure, shoulder the task for the national socio-economic, technological and educational development of qualified high-quality, high-level personnel. The strategic objectives of economic globalization and building an innovative country make the postgraduate education in our country more frequent and closely exchanges and cooperation with each other countries in the world, but also into a more open international markets. Curriculum internationalization is an important part of postgraduate internationalization. Whether the implementation of the university system or the promotion of scientific knowledge should be reflected in specific courses,in a sense, the core of postgraduate education internationalization is the curriculum internationalization.Chinese key Agricultural universities’training model for students to the global trend of agricultural science and technology globalization, There are still some gaps with the objectives and requirements of China’s new rural development. As a professional training model of the main content of the curriculum, carrying the main task of training, is an entry point of the key agricultural universities’training model of reform.Therefore,I hope with the guide of curriculum internationalization theory,investigating the thinking of issues and problem-solving on curriculum internationalizatio of postgraduate education in key agricultural universities.We should try to construct curriculum internationalization system reflecting the needs of the times and in line with our practical and innovative rural development training.This paper select two universities, China Agricultural University and Nanjing Agricultural University,through the questionnaire and related interview with the tutor, students and management, analysis the practise of curriculum internationalization of postgraduate education from four areas,such as the internationalization of course objectives,content, implementation and cooperation.We should point out the main problems in China’s current process of curriculum internationalization of postgraduate education and determined the basic problem of studying and solving in this paper.For the actual situation of curriculum internationalization construction of postgraduate education of China’s agricultural colleges and universities, with the foreign experience,author put forward some feasibility of proposals for curriculum internationalization of postgraduate education in Chinese key agricultural universities,by three angles of Government’s macro-management, colleges and universities’ micro-management, student self-management.
