When human beings enter into the knowledge economy era of the21stcentury, post-secondary vocational education in China has made theremarkable development, and occupied a special important position in thedevelopment strategy of socialist economic construction. Post-secondaryvocational colleges’ enrollment scale accounted for half of the wholeenrollment scale of the colleges which greatly promotes the developmentof higher education popularization. The construction of campus culturein post-secondary vocational colleges is not only an important contentof the education work, but also a great measure to shape the students’soul. To build brand-culture in campus will further enhance thecompetitiveness of running the post-secondary vocational colleges andpromote better development of post-secondary vocational education.The campus culture in post-secondary vocational colleges, in thecampus of post-secondary vocational colleges, is the combination ofmaterial and spiritual civilization which forms through accumulation,accumulation and innovation during the long-term process ofschool-running. It takes socialist advanced culture as the dominant andtakes all the teachers and students as the subject, campus environmentconstruction as the material carrier, inherited campus spirit、school-running concept and values as the core. The culture innovatesduring the inheritance and develops during innovation. The campusculture of vocational colleges has strong practicality, openness andservice.This paper is guided by the methodology of philosophical materialism,based on knowledge of education, culture, science, management and otherdisciplines. Access to a large number of monographs and literatures aboutcampus culture construction, this paper is based on the feature “vocation” of the vocational campus culture. It not only focuses onthe inheritance of the object-oriented construction, but also highlightsthe innovation of subject-oriented construction.This paper highlights that the campus culture construction shouldtake socialist advanced culture as the guidance and should innovate onthe basis of the past. First, taking professional culture as the core,absorbing the vital factor of traditional career culture to enrich andstrengthen campus culture; Secondly, taking moral culture as afundamental, paying attention to the cultivation of students’professional humanities, comprehensively promoting campus culturaltaste; Thirdly, taking the network culture as the new carrier, creatinginformation platform of higher vocational institute campus culturalconstruction; Fourthly, unifying the enterprise culture, strengtheningthe cooperation between colleges and enterprise,revealing vocationaleducation features.Besides strengthening the campus culture construction from the pointof the post-secondary vocational college itself, this paper highlightsthe point of social value to strengthen the campus culture construction.The cultivation of social responsibility should be included in the campusculture construction.
