Chemical Analysis of Medium Vocational Schools is not only a professionalbasic course but also the core curriculum of chemical technology. Thepurpose of the program is to train students to master the basic knowledge ofchemistry inspection work, skills, management and standardizationknowledge. The characteristic of the course is the theoretical and practical.Teaching difficult point is the students’ slow digestion and skills not grasping.There are many reasons leading to the problem of education, not onlyincluding students’ poor ability to understand, the long digestive process andother objective factors, but also including unreasonable teaching design,single teaching means and the objective factors such as lack of pertinence.Therefore, in the basis of full respect for the objective,how to use modernteaching means, improveing teaching mode of Chemical Analysis of themedium vocational school course, cultivate students’ interest in learning,enhance students’ cognitive ability, improve the students’ practical skills, andachieve the teaching effect of the course, will become teachers’ researchdirection of the Chemical Analysis course.The purpose of this article is to study Chemical Analysis of mediumoccupation schools" as the object of study. On the basis of the currentsituation of the analysis of domestic and foreign development of multimediateaching, it elaborated the teaching necessary of Chemical Analysis by meansof multimedia educational technology. It discusses the principles and designideas of the multimedia course. Combining with specific teaching case, it putsforward multimedia teaching strategies of Chemical Analysis Curriculumassisted by multimedia. Meanwhile, it summarizes the teaching experience and the existing problems in order to further improve the teaching methodsand lay a foundation for optimizing multimedia technology applied in thecourse of Chemical Analysis. The result shows that it optimizes the teachingdesign through the ingenious design, development and appropriate use ofmultimedia teaching.Through the reform of teaching methods, we have gotten the ideal teachingeffect of strengthening the communication between teachers and students,realizing man-machine interaction, changing the relationship betweenteaching and learning and improving the students’ learning interest andinitiative.
