Education is an important component of national competitive strength.Professorship education primarily contribute to our nation throught trianing studentswith scientific and applied quality to improve national competitiveness. Educationplays a strategic role to enhancing national competitiveness, and also the innovativecarrier of intellectual property, includes scientific innovation. For seeking their owndevelopment, Higher Vocational schools are the cradles of the professional andtechnical talents, they not only attach great importance to the internal use ofcompound talents, but also focus on the training of the internal selection mechanism,and the introduction of talents from the outside. It will be introduce talent moreeffective, produce more education concepts and nurture more talents, thus enhancethe core competitiveness.This paper employed Professor Heinz Weihrich’s SWOT analysis method,whichincludes advantage,disadvantage,opportunities and the threats of Min’nan HigherVoctiaonal Schools. comprehensively study on the Minnan area internal resources,external environment, and take Zhangzhou Institute of technology as an example,and do the anynsis on “talent introduction system”, can be clearly found Min’nanHigher Vacational Schools’ talent introduction work is in the critical period of theopportunities and challenges. This paper suggest Min’nan Higher Vocational Schoolsshould be emphasis on talent introduction to build scientific talent introductionsystem from a strategic angle, including introduction preparation, introdutionimplementation as well as management after introduciton. Under the guidance ofsystem, to explore the training model and the introduction of the policy, and improvethe selection system, and thus to multiple introduction channels. Finally, I proposedthe introduction of a global vision, personnel training proposals ect.
