At present, the school is in need of compound talents, teachers must attachimportance to scientific research, realize the role change, adapt to the development ofphysical education curriculum reform. The diversification of teaching methods and toenhance the quality of teaching, the most fundamental is the physical educationteachers to change, from the previous "experience teaching","hard teaching method"to "scientific research" teaching method, turned from single sports teacher, studenthealth instructor. Only attach importance to scientific research, in order to better servethe community, is the sports teacher to change fate, to improve the status of talentdevelopment, the road to success.This article uses the literature survey method, questionnaire method, expert interviewmethod and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the physical education teachersand primary school in our city as the object of performance evaluation of the use ofsports science, sociology, management science, economics, sports science and otherrelated disciplines of knowledge. Its main contents are: one is the investigation statusand influence of PE teachers scientific research universities in Tianjin city factors;two is the construction of evaluation index system of Tianjin College PE teachersscientific research performance, three of College PE Teachers’ scientific researchpresent situation carries on the example analysis.The main conclusions of this study are: first, through investigation, scientific researchability of College PE teachers in Tianjin city generally weak, for scientific researchhave certain requirements, but due to the limitation of the comprehensive quality oftheir own culture, lack of independent lead research projects; two, through thequestionnaire survey, expert verification, weight index obtained achievements inscientific research methods of physical education teachers in our city, to understandthe current status of scientific research of PE teachers in Colleges and universities atthe present stage, to guide the supervision role for the promotion of college sportsteachers’ scientific research ability.
