Table tennis was introduced from China to become the National Heartcountry ball, it is not only the Olympic project. Advantages of the project, with thedevelopment of national fitness campaign, people more concern on their own healthstatus, health first concept of survival and life further strengthened, because of thecharacteristics of table tennis sports equipment is simple, amount of exercise can bebig or small, suitable for different groups of people and so on, became the main sportspeople to participate in physical exercise, so pay attention to sport benefits broughtabout table tennis, table tennis group making love to know more about table tennis,and attract more people to participate in the sport, it is important to increase the tabletennis ball sports population.The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the table tennis exercise couldinfluence exercise group response,90different training college students to participatein the study, which often take part in table tennis exercise of college men and womeneach15, participate in track and field project training college men and women each15,usually no exercise program of college students the15, the use of EP2004psychological experimental desk and PT202-5reactive fashion of simple reaction andcomplex reaction when they were measured, and the use of SPSS statistical softwarefor comparison, analysis, results showed that:1effects often take part in table tennisexercise on the human reaction time. Influence of reaction2table tennis exercise onthe shows no better than other sports exercise3table tennis exercise will effect on thepeople of different sex, need further study
