With the continuous progress of human society, the global information appears explosive growth trend. There are many types of business to continue to meet the demands of human society. Although the development of modern information technology, controling technology, computer technology, communication technology have been integrated into all current business, but the technology reflects a relatively single operation mode between business and business in the technology. How to get together with the kinds of business to achieve business between each key technology integration is a hot topic in communication industry.The main work of the thesis includes the following:firstly, analyzed the development background of the development of the communications industry and the communication industry. discussed the future communication network (COCFN) and the network voice communication service characteristics. got a briefly analyzed about How to realize network of a situation,and discussed the principle and technology of the traditional voice communication aspects of development update. Secondly, for the future communication network structure was studied, how to realize the speech, made on the radio and television, the Internet, power grids and IOT business into one of the problem have discussed. Data transmission technology using the traditional voice business and data business aspects of the comparison, proposed to exchange ideas and exchange circuit mechanism for future data communication network transmission technology to packet, proposed to packet switching and exchange thought mechanism for future data communication network transmission technology for circuit.. A detailed analysis on the structure and function as well as routing etc..Again according to the characteristics of the future communication network for voice service, the discussion on the future development and demand of voice communication, the voice and image data frame structure (SIFS) was proposed, the type of business according to the voice and image data and the frame structure, the user selection of communication mode was analysised, the voice call (VOC), video calls (VIC) and interactive video call (IVC) three call mode was proposed.Finally, taking FPGA as the hardware development platform and QUARTUS Ⅱ as development environment in this thesis, using VerilogHDL hardware description language for the communication address, SIFS data stream in, the simulation of the three cases users may appear during the call in FPGA.
