Fixed assets,which is an important part of enterprise assets,are the basis of all the otheractivities. With the development of enterprise and the increase of physical assets, the traditionalartificial management exposed many shortages such as long statistic cycle, huge work load,inconsistence accounts and so on. Thus, we need new management approach urgently to lead toeffective management of the growing enterprise assets. So, this paper introduces the idea ofinternet to enterprise assets management, based on Natural Science Foundation of ZhejiangProvince and asset information management of a Base station of a mobile, the asset managementframework of internet applications model was designed, and an enterprise application prototypesystemwas developed too. Meanwhile, some technologies have been researched, such as thereal-time data collection, transmission and management of assets information, so as to realize theefficient administration of assets.Firstly, with the purpose of mobile base station with assets dispersion, inventory andinconveniences, the works of the dissertation consists that designs of an independent assetmanagement platform, and integrates into the company application platform EAM through theSOA interface; in the meantime, designs subsystem of the asset verifications management,conduct on-site inventory with Handheld terminal, complete asset management with the twosubsystems, and forms the framework mode of the asset management of Things applicationfinally.Secondly, combined the huge number of asserts with RFID cost factors, using bar code andRFID to complete asserts encoding and information collection. Establishing the mapping of twoencodings in this system, to achieve the requirement of system’s compatibility and scalability, itis possible to replace the bar code of RFID by batch, to achieve a smooth transition of the barcode to RFID.Then, the business process and requirements based on Interrogating process realize theassets and associated data information rapidly transfering in real time, combing with GPRS, short message, bluetooth and other communications mechanism. Namely the dish thatmechanism and GPRS real-time wireless transmission, auxiliary message communication, finishthe assets of the information uploading and downloading, update information assets; realizeupdating the information such as the assets and address labels through bluetooth printer withintelligent handheld in the process of quarantine.And then,to solve the problem of platform’s mass data synchronization transmission,systemencapsulation SOA interface,Using XML rapid transmission mass data based on the text,realizedata interaction between EAM and asset management platform,Using Web Service technologywill asset management platform Loose coupling and integrated into the existing enterpriseapplication platform.At last, bases on a mobile company’s base station assets, and according to its businessprocesses, data flowing, the paper designed structure and function modules for the systerm,developed asset management system, and achieved the initial enterprise applications.
