With the development of science and technology, especially in the field ofaerospace, NAND Flash as the storage medium, large capacity solid state memoryapplications are widely being used, the storage of data in the field of aerospace,industrial-grade server storage solutions and consumer data storage also accelerated thepace of the application.The paper first analyzes the development of large-capacity storage systemstechnology and the application of NAND Flash in the field of aerospace and industrialfields, as well as the file system design of the data stored, and then combines thebandwidth requirements of the system data acquisition module, proposed a designscheme of the data storage system. Data packet protocol is designed to adapt thepresent system, and using a variety of techniques in order to meet the designrequirements.This article discusses the key technology features include: multi-channel paralleland pipeline design technology to solve single NAND Flash devices slow read andwrite speed disadvantage to improve the access bandwidth of the storage array,designed a data gather and distribution agreements, as well as customize the systemcommand set to complete a variety of operating systems; design packet storageprotocols to ensure the late full recovery data stored; design data retransmissionagreement, use the Ethernet read data and on the system configuration and operation.At the end of the article also discusses the redundant block management and the designof write equalization algorithm.
