MIL-STD-1553B is a Serial, Time Division, Command/Response, Multiplex Data Bus. Thecharacter of interconnected simple and high reliability in1553B bus make it wildly used inaviation and aerospace field, it has been widely applied in more domains.With the promotion of universal GJB289A-97standard,1553B bus has been widely usedat home interiorly. Up to now, it is very difficult to test that1553B Bus has been installed onthe aircraft and other equipment, at the scene of the equipment maintenance and debugging,there has not been an apparatus that is comprehensive and easy to use.This thesis designed the test equipment for testing the system of1553B bus, it is portablereinforced equipment with current popular embedded computer and portable reinforcedequipment to meet the field testing demand, which can simulate three modes: BC, RT and MT.Firstly, the thesis introduces the1553B bus technology and its application background,according to the requirements of field equipment, the architecture of the whole testing systemand the solution for software are discussed to meet the field testing demand.The tester issimilar to laptop that is expansion interface of1553B bus. The hardware is made up ofmotherboard and expansion board, the core of motherboard is S3C2440A board and the coreof expansion board is BU-61580, they are linked together by the CPLD.This thesis introducea way based on embedded Linux system that can implement the design of software, whichtransplant the embedded system to the motherboard and design the dedicated BSP. UnderLinux system, the dedicated application software of1553B was developed and theman-machine interface was developed.Base on this model, the testing scheme is designed andimplemented, then system is tuned and re-testing to confirm the effectiveness. Verificationresults show that is economic.By summarizing all the research of works, it is exciting thatfeild analyzer of1553B bus is looked far ahead into the future.
