With the rapid development of Electronic Commerce,the demand fordistribution center is higher and higher and all kinds of high-tech hardwareequipment and communication technology gradually are applied to distributioncenter.As the core of the distribution center of automated warehouse, theimprovement of its efficiency is of great significance.As peripheral equipment,theshuttle car is also gradually applied to the order picking in stocked warehouse of thedistribution center,this paper will study the order picking in stocked warehouse basedon the shuttle car.At present, the automated warehouse cargo schedulingoptimization still exist insufficiency, how to improve the efficiency of order pickingin order to improve the efficiency of the logistics activity, reduce logistics cost andimprove customer satisfaction is still a very important problem to enterprise.Firstly,the paper introduces the application of shuttle car in automatedwarehouse, and put forward two forms of chosen optimization problem of automatedwarehouse based on multishuttle.Then, in view of this problem this paper establishedthe captive model and the roaming model and use accurate algorithm and geneticalgorithm to solve the model with Matlab programming, the results of accuratealgorithm provides parameter adjusting for the genetic algorithm.According to thecalculation results of practical example,then analysis the importance of numberarrangement of shuttle car number, provide theoretical basis for the reasonableshuttle car arrangement and scheduling strategy for the enterprise.
