Design and Implementation of Enrollment Management System Based on Cloud Service

With the development of online education university,particularly the education already into the era of cloud services,social workers obtained recognition of qualifications becoming more and more popular.However,online education university degree certification business is complex that covers from admissions,entrance exams,students learning,students management to students graduating,servicing to supervision department,counseling teachers,students,management centers and study centers’s business persons,and this business need cooperation between the various departments,timely sharing of relevant business data.The traditional system of education management system is decentralized applications,inadequate use of resources and lacking of a unified platform.In this paper,based on the current enrollment management system’s problems,combined with the development trend of information technology and the research status,based on the business needs of enrollment management system.,starting from the point of view of software engineering,analysis and design the enrollment management system which contains the underlying data,personnel agencies,entrance and enrollment,and propose the system architecture based on cloud services and the design of system database.The key issues of system implementation,discusses the solution,which using REST solves the implement of system services and the communication between interfaces,using single sign-on technology solves across subsystems unified identity authentication problem,using JPA solves the incompatibility between object-oriented programming and relational databases.In the end,the paper gives the implement of technical and deployment detailsand the main function modules of system.Currently,the system has been put into use,runs smoothly and efficiently,it improves the efficiency of management and promotes the scientific management of school,and verifing the effectivenes of the proposed scheme.
